One of the vehicles we use in touching lives on both sides of the Atlantic is training. We have culturally relevant training programs for our team members, our partners on the ground, discipling of new believers, leadership seminars for pastors and Christian workers and missionaries. We invest in the training for missionaries to effectively equip the next generation for missions. We are not looking for people who want to live ordinary lives, we are looking for those who want to make a radical difference for eternity.
